Over the past thirty years, I have had the unique and enjoyable opportunity to work out of my home and use it as my sales office. While my style of home changes with each new residence, my clients find it easier to understand some of the value engineering and attention to detail that is represented there. We currently are remodeling a 65-year-old home in Castle Rock with a Tuscan theme. This has been a fun challenge for me in that it is not a new custom design/build, but rather incorporating the Tuscan architecture into an existing residence. Like all of us…it’s a work in progress and we are really enjoying each new phase of completion on this incredible home site.

I have always enjoyed collaborating with my discerning clients with their very particular needs and vision. We will often create secret passageways and hidden rooms within the home design that are fun and functional, bringing out the “inner child” in all of us. One example is a client who wanted a hidden wine storage vault, with one of the wine rack sections that slid out displaying a rare gun collection. It’s the execution of your vision and smallest of details that often bring the greatest delight to you and me. Because of this my clients often become friends for life!
